Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on the waiting list.
• Late Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
• No-Shows:
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.
• Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule, and the full service fee will apply.
